The start of the process is an application form where you will be asked to complete information about yourself to check you are eligible for the scheme and your motivation for applying. Before you begin your application take time to research the scheme and role that you feel suits you best for the stage you’re at in your career journey.

If you’re eligible for the scheme you have applied for, you will be invited to take part in a short interactive assessment. This could include strength-based questions, situational judgement exercises, or coding tasks depending on what role you are applying for. Before your assessment, you will be given time to practise some questions.

At this stage, we want to find out more about you, your strengths and your motivation for applying. Most of the questions will require you to record a video response, with some requiring a written response. Don’t worry though as you will have the opportunity to get familiar with recording your responses. You will also be able to re-record your responses. Some of our technical roles will not require you to complete a video interview.
